Sunday Sit-Ins with ASALH
In celebration of Women’s History Month, the Richmond Branch of the Association for the Study of African American Life and History will return to its monthly, virtual ZOOM community gatherings with an all new theme for March, Women’s History Month. There is no better way to celebrate Women’s History Month than by honoring those members of ASALH and have them participate in a unique Q&A Session with local state legislators and experts who will discuss the unique challenges of our African American history and the impact and strides being made with current legislation in the Virginia General Assembly to address the issues of financial literacy, family caregiving, wills, trusts and livable communities.
